With an exciting and impactful company vision, we are looking to enhance and expand our Marketing team with a high performing Digital Marketing Manager who is responsible for developing Titania’s digital marketing strategy.

Position Overview 

You’ll be working closely with the Head of Marketing to design, manage and deliver an innovative digital marketing strategy that uses your honed best practice, analytics and benchmarks to increase marketing qualified leads. We are looking for someone who understands how to shape user journeys whilst delivering on our GTM plan. Integral to the role is developing the online user experience and analysing how customers and prospects move through the digital marketing funnel, alongside managing, supporting and developing the Digital team.

You’ll use insight to understand the target audience (online and offline), creative thinking and knowhow to optimise the website for users as well as search engines, whilst taking ownership of the data architecture of the website and managing ongoing development.

The person:

We are looking for someone with experience in B2B tech marketing. You will be proactive in researching and developing digital campaign ideas and keeping abreast of market trends and industry news. Key to this role is being able to turn best practice and research into executable action plans. You’ll have a passion for digital and a desire to continually learn and improve. The right person for this role will be meticulous, organised and systematic in their approach, experience in managing the digital tech stack and automation tools, used to collaborating with content, sales, and product teams to achieve business outcomes. They will have excellent attention to detail and thorough in all aspects of their role. They will be calm, level-headed and objective in their interactions, yet resilient and persuasive when necessary. You’ll also need experience working alongside a content marketing team so that you can collaborate on campaigns and optimise them in our marketing automation system (HubSpot).

In addition, the following skills/qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in the Cybersecurity Industry
  • 5+years experience executing effective digital marketing strategies
  • Hands-on in-house PPC and SEO experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Strong ability to manage own time and prioritise workload
