Victoria Dimmick specializes in scaling high-growth technology businesses, with expertise in strategic development, corporate finance, and M&A.
As COO of Netacea, she led the company’s growth in cybersecurity and enterprise markets. In her role as EVP Corporate Development at Maltego, she then went on to lead the inorganic growth of Maltego’s government and enterprise focused cybersecurity investigation platform. Her background also includes the successful sale of both Piriform, makers of CCleaner to Avast Software and Intechnica to CrossLake Technologies, where she played a pivotal role, as COO in both businesses, in scaling them and taking them to exit.
Victoria’s legal and corporate finance expertise further strengthens her ability to guide Titania’s growth and innovation.
Andrew Woodford
Chief Technology Officer
Andrew Woodford brings over a decade of engineering and cybersecurity experience, most recently as Director of Engineering at Darktrace, where he helped scale the company from an early-stage software business through IPO and beyond.
At Titania, he leads engineering and product innovation, working closely with the CPO and Sales Director to align technical solutions with market demand, drive product-led growth, and deliver solutions that strengthen resilience across critical network infrastructure.

With 13+ years in enterprise sales and a strong track record in launching and scaling fraud, security and resilience solutions, Tom Platt leads with a customer-first mindset. Specializing in go-to-market strategy for solution ideation through adoption and scale-up, Tom has built and led high-impact teams, working closely with major enterprises to drive transformational change. Passionate about doing what’s right for the customer—and what gives the team the best chance of success - he has lead Titania’s global sales team since May 2025.
Phil Lewis
Senior Vice President - Market Strategy and Development
Phil has proven Strategic Risk Management expertise starting with Deloitte, then market leading Telecoms, Homeland and Cyber Security firms before leading Titania’s enterprise business development globally to address the market need for continuous enterprise-wide Zero Trust security and Attack Surface Management automation.
He is passionate about partnering with other leading automation vendors to give organizations visibility of network exposure to known attack vectors so they shut down the most critical operational risks to their business first.
Kasia Creed
Marketing Director
As Head of Marketing at Titania, Kasia brings over 15 years of B2B technology and cybersecurity experience spanning MSSPs, distribution, and vendor roles. She leads Titania’s global marketing strategy, driving demand for network security automation solutions, supporting enterprise and government customers worldwide. Prior to joining Titania, she was EMEA Architecture Marketing Manager for Cisco Security at Comstor, where she developed and executed partner-focused campaigns that accelerated growth across the channel.
Her deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and partner ecosystems enables her to deliver impactful messaging and enablement that resonates with technical and commercial audiences alike. Passionate about innovation and collaboration, she is focused on strengthening Titania’s market presence through strategic partnerships and data-driven marketing execution.

Amy Whiting

A former accredited penetration tester and an innovator in her field, founder and Director Amy Whiting has designed and brought to market Titania's automated configuration analysis tools. These trusted products help enterprise security professionals, in more than 95 countries, maintain the most secure networks around the world.
Her work is not complete until all hackers’ easy options have been mitigated. Amy's current focus is on the future of autonomous mitigation and working in technology partnership with other visionaries to solve the challenges of self-healing networks.
Nicola Whiting MBE
Non-Executive Director
An experienced Non-Executive Director with a strong history of working in cyber security / information security, Nicola Whiting has led Titania from ambitious start-up to the multi-million pound, award-winning company it is today – in less than a decade.
An advocate for autism and women in cyber, she provides government-level advice on diversity and is Worcestershire’s Commissioner for the UK Cyber Science & Innovation Audit. She is an engaging public speaker and writes for publications such as: The Huffington Post, Defence Contracts Bulletin, Defence News Online and Signal. Keynote topics include: “The Rise of Automated Attacks”, “The Future of Automated Cyber Defences” and “Hacking the Human Brain”. Her recent whitepaper “The Future of Autonomous Mitigation” is the latest example of Nicola’s contribution to the specialist field of self-healing systems.
In 2017 Nicola was named by SC Magazine as one of the Top 20 most influential women working in cyber security.

Chairman, Tom Beese, brings to Titania over two decades in the computing industry. Focussed on using his wealth of industry experience to support business expansion, he has a special interest in early-stage ventures and high growth technology businesses. And in his role at Titania, Tom is helping drive the organization’s global expansion as specialists in delivering network security at scale.
