Channel Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a Channel Manager to design, lead, and optimise Titania’s global channel operations. This is a unique opportunity to build our channel program from the ground up, while leveraging our established international customer base and extensive network of resellers and distributors.
This role is pivotal in defining global channel strategies, setting up operational processes, and enabling our partners to drive revenue growth. You will act as a bridge between Titania and our partners, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and scalability across all channel activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global channel strategy aligned with Titania’s business objectives.
- Set up channel operations from the ground up, including partner onboarding, enablement, and lifecycle management.
- Establish operational processes, metrics, and tools to track partner performance and channel effectiveness in tools such as HubSpot and PowerBI.
- Deliver high-impact partner enablement: demos, competitive positioning, compliance mapping, and objection handling.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive partner engagement and joint business plans.
- Identify, recruit, and manage strategic channel partners across regions.
- Provide training, support, and resources to partners to ensure consistent messaging and solution adoption.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and partner performance to inform channel strategy adjustments.
- Attend global partner events or sales meetings as required.
- Report on global channel KPIs, revenue contribution, and growth opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Hands on experience of developing and growing partner channels and strategies from inception.
- 3+ years' experience in channel sales or partner account management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Cybersecurity experience is a plus but not essential, strong SaaS channel success is key.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue hands-on through indirect sales relationships.
- Excellent communication, commercial acumen, and responsiveness to partner needs.
- Attitude and capability matter more than tenure. We’re looking for energy, ownership, and execution.
- Experience supporting partners in North America and EMEA is advantageous
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage
- Comfortable using CRM tools, sales enablement platforms, and video communication tools.
