Frequently asked questions
-
Titania’s software is licensed under our standard EULAs. Each product has two EULA versions available: one for customers using the software solely for internal business purposes, and one for customers using the software to provide services to third parties. Our EULAs are available to view on this Legal page.
-
As Titania provides standard off‑the‑shelf software, our preference is to license our products via our own EULAs. These terms are drafted to reflect the nature of our software and services and are intended to be fair, balanced, and transparent. Generic procurement terms are often not well suited to software licensing arrangements.
-
Our EULAs are designed to be fair, balanced and aligned with customer expectations, so in most cases changes are not required. We recognize some licensees may have questions and are happy to provide clarification where needed. Any consideration of changes would be assessed on a case‑by‑case basis.
-
NDAs provide a safe environment for sharing confidential information. However, in many cases a separate NDA isn’t required, as confidentiality is covered in our standard EULAs. Where an NDA is needed, Titania uses oneNDA to support efficient and balanced discussions. Further details are available on our NDA page.
-
Titania does not generally process sensitive or personal data as our software operates within the customer’s own environment. Occasionally, customers may choose to share log files or configuration data with our support team to help them resolve a specific issue. See our Data Processing Schedule for details.
-
Titania maintains its own ESG Statement & Code of Conduct covering ethical conduct, compliance and responsible business practices. To ensure consistency across our customer base, we don’t generally sign individual customer policy documents. However, we’re happy to discuss specific requirements and provide further information about our standards and controls.
-
We hold an ISO 27001 certification, an internationally recognized standard for information security management. We are also certified under Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus, demonstrating our commitment to strong information security controls and protection against common cyber threats. For more information, please see our Information Security Statement.
-
We do not hold formal sustainability certifications. However, as a fully remote organisation, we inherently operate with a reduced environmental footprint compared to traditional office-based businesses. This includes minimising commuting, office energy use, and associated emissions. For more information, please see our ESG Statement & Code of Conduct.
