Titania’s software, trials, and services are subject to export control laws and economic sanctions applicable in the United Kingdom, the United States, the European Union, and other jurisdictions.

As a result, Titania may be prohibited from providing software licences, trials, services, or support to certain customers, users, countries, or territories, or for certain end uses.

You must not request access to a trial, download software, or attempt to purchase products or services from Titania if doing so would breach applicable export control or sanctions laws.

Titania reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to the Website, trials, software, or services where required to comply with applicable export control or sanctions obligations.

In addition, Titania may not be able to sell software licences directly in all countries. Depending on applicable laws and compliance requirements, products and services may only be available through an authorised reseller or distributor or may not be available at all in certain jurisdictions.
