Senior Software Test Engineer (Agile)

This role will be critical in establishing the launch of Titania’s Enterprise class solution.

With an exciting and impactful company vision, we are looking to enhance and expand our Software Engineering team with a high performing Senior Test Engineer who will be responsible for contributing towards the ongoing development of our products and services. The role:

We are looking for an experience Senior Software Tester who enjoys working in Agile teams. With an enquiring mind, software quality is at the heart of everything you do, constantly striving to improve overall testing activities whilst helping to deliver robust solutions every day. Someone who understands the importance of a user story but thrives on helping to identify solutions, turning business requirements into functional, working software, trusted by our clients to help secure and protect their networks.

You will develop an awareness of various Networking and Pen-testing standards and configurations allowing you to confidently input into the design and features of our software.

Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with your team using agile frameworks to continuously deliver iterations of our software. There are opportunities for on-site team days in Worcester (usually once a quarter) where we all get together to share ideas and look forward to our next phase of delivering our product roadmap.

You will:

• Continually raise the quality bar of our Products.
• Strive to improve the systems and processes that underpin quality.
• Guide and mentor team members on the delivery of testing activities.
• Champion quality as part of the Dev-Sec-Ops process.

You Must Have:

• ISTQB Advanced Level accreditation or equivalent.
• Proven experience testing in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding with automation test frameworks and experience in implementing them.
• Stellar interpersonal, communication & collaboration skills.
• Working knowledge of JIRA, confluence and Bitbucket.
• An unwavering tenacity for problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input into Titania testing strategy, process improvement and review of industry tools and best practice.
• Ownership of production and implementation of test plans.
• Alignment of testing strategy with CI/CD pipeline.
• Ownership of test data in accordance with needs and ISO27001 standards.
• Production and maintenance of supporting documentation Regular reporting against QA KPIs.
