Application Support Specialist

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Application Support Specialist responsible for developing and maintaining the organization's Hubspot CRM system and supporting other critical business applications while ensuring adherence to information security standards including ISO 27001 compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Hubspot CRM Development and Maintenance
- Configure and customize Hubspot CRM to meet evolving business requirements
- Develop and maintain workflows, sequences, and automation processes
- Create and manage custom properties, objects, and data pipelines
- Troubleshoot Hubspot CRM issues and implement solutions
- Provide user training and documentation on CRM features and best practices
Application Support
- Maintain critical business applications including ITSM systems, PowerBI, DocuSign, and Click Travel
- Perform regular data maintenance and cleansing activities
- Create and update documentation for application configurations and processes
- Investigate and resolve application incidents and problems
- Support user onboarding and offboarding processes across multiple applications
Information Security and Compliance
- Ensure all application configurations adhere to ISO 27001 requirements
- Maintain appropriate access controls and user permissions
- Support security audits and compliance reporting
- Identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities
- Implement data protection measures aligned with security policies
Technical Support
- Provide tier 2/3 technical support for business applications
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Manage application updates and patches
- Test and validate system changes before deployment
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years’ experience in application support or similar IT role
- Proven experience with HubSpot CRM configuration and administration
- Knowledge of information security principles and ISO 27001 requirements
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
- Basic experience with reporting and analytics tools (PowerBI)
- Familiarity with ITSM principles and tools
