Digital Marketing Executive - 12 month FTC

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join Titania on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and wider marketing team, you will support the delivery of Titania's digital marketing strategy across website management, email marketing, SEO, AEO, GEO, campaign execution, digital optimisation and reporting.
The successful candidate will be hands-on, data-driven and passionate about digital marketing. You'll play an important role in improving Titania's online visibility, generating leads and ensuring our digital channels deliver the best possible experience for prospects and customers.
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Support the planning, execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across email, website, SEO and paid channels.
- Build and maintain campaign assets within HubSpot, including landing pages, forms, CTAs and workflows.
- Support the promotion of products, events, webinars and content marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximise results.
PPC & Paid Advertising
- Support the delivery and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other relevant platforms.
- Assist with campaign setup, audience targeting, ad performance monitoring and budget tracking.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure campaigns achieve lead generation and brand awareness objectives.
- Provide reporting and recommendations to improve campaign performance and return on investment.
Website Management
- Create, update and optimise website pages, blogs and landing pages within HubSpot.
- Build, test and deploy marketing emails, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
- Support website optimisation initiatives to improve engagement, conversions and lead generation.
- Assist with digital troubleshooting and website change requests where required.
SEO, AI Optimisation & Content Discovery
- Conduct keyword research to support content creation and website optimisation.
- Apply SEO best practices across website content, landing pages and campaigns.
- Support Titania's AI optimisation strategy, including AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation).
- Use SEO tools to identify opportunities to improve search visibility and content discoverability.
Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor and report on website, email and campaign performance.
- Analyse data using HubSpot, Google Analytics and SEO tools.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital performance and lead generation.
General
- Support the wider marketing team with digital marketing initiatives as required.
- Keep up to date with digital marketing, search and AI industry developments.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within a B2B technology environment.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
- Experience building and managing marketing emails.
- Website content management and optimisation experience.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research.
- Knowledge of AEO, GEO and AI-driven search optimisation.
- Experience using SEO and analytics tools.
- Understanding of paid digital advertising channels.
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience within the cybersecurity, SaaS or technology sector.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
