Partner Relationship/Channel Manager

£22,000 - £25,000 per annum basic

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Titania for a Channel Manager to join our fast-growing sales team. This role has been introduced to accommodate the increase in orders that we are receiving from our reselling partners and to grow new business coming through this channel.

The primary focus of this role is to manage and increase orders that are bought in from our reselling partners through building relationships, offering support and exploring further opportunities. The role will also involve researching, interviewing and signing up new resellers who will generate new business for the company.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, professional and motivated person with good interpersonal skills, to oversee this department within the sales team which will be a driving force for growth.     

Core Role

  • Build relationships with all current partners and develop a better understanding of their business.
  • Research and contact potential new partners, to expand Titania’s offerings.
  • Manage and build partner portfolios, ensuring they adhere to the agreed SLA
  • Train, coach and update partners on a regular basis with product updates and releases.
  • Hit and exceed company KPI’s as set by the Sales Manager
  • Increase new business coming through partners

Skills Required

  • Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of an organisation.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and hit targets.
  • Good grasp of Microsoft office programs (mainly Excel and Word).
  • Experience of using a CRM system. (full training provided)
  • Capabilities to create, to organise and manage processes
  • Proactive attitude and ability to self-motivate.

Nice to have

  • Experience with building relationship by phone and email.
  • A good grasp of technical concepts and/or an interest in technology
  • Experience in a B2B sales environment
  • Experience in channel management or working with foreign partners
