Titania are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic marketing professional to head up our marketing team and run our inbound lead generation operation.  

The right person for the job MUST have:

  • Experience with contributing to and implementing digital marketing strategy
  • Experience managing customer journeys through websites & running social media campaigns to create inbound leads
  • A passion for marketing and a strong desire to continually learn
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organisational and time keeping skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience in people management
  • Some experience in events management
  • Some experience in delivering conceptual briefs to designers

Also nice to have:

  • Experience and/or interest in technology & information security industries 
  • Knowledge of SEO
  • Experience of PR and speaking to the media

Titania now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing person. In this role you will oversee the marketing department’s activity and report directly to the Operational MD. This is a Key Management role and has the potential to be developed over the next 2/3 years to be a Board level position, strategically managing future growth through marketing campaigns and the team that you’ve nurtured. This role involves but is not limited to:

  • Designing, managing and monitoring the customer journey through our website
  • Planning digital & event campaigns for inbound lead generation
  • Managing and mentoring a small, hard-working marketing team
  • Return on investment analysis on marketing spend
