Titania has a new and exciting Internal Sales Manager role, which involves (but is not limited to):

  • Exceeding Team sales targets and KPIs
  • Developing high skills in relationship-based sales across the team
  • Building a fantastic first impression of the company and its products
  • Ensuring customer feedback and development ideas are channelled back to the business
  • Developing and delivering Training and Development Plans for ALL Sales people to follow and achieve
  • Directly managing two Team Leaders to ensure that their respective sales teams exceed targets and KPIs

The right person for the job MUST:

  • Have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position and have a track record of managing a team to exceed their targets
  • Be positive, energetic and passionate about the role and what we do
  • Be assertive and a clear communicator, both verbally and in written formats
  • Have experience of training, coaching and inspiring sales people to improve their selling skills
  • Be proactive, pre-emptive and follow through on commitments to your team, fellow managers and to the Board.
  • Be analytical, logical and have a strong eye for detail in order to competently report KPI’s to the Operational MD and Leadership Team.
  • Have strong IT skills with a natural curiosity to learn more and be particularly proficient in MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Experience in working with a Marketing Manager to optimise the ROI on leads generated
  • Experience in implementing pre-agreed Sales Strategies.

 

Will also potentially have:

  • Experience in software sales/information security industry
