£25,000 basic plus uncapped commission and bonus scheme

Titania has a new and exciting Internal Sales Team Leader role, which involves (but is not limited to):

  • Exceeding individual and team sales targets and KPIs
  • Developing high skills in relationship-based sales across the team
  • Being responsible for the Renewals Sales Team or the New Business Sales Team and reporting to the Sales Manager
  • Building a fantastic first impression of the company and its products
  • Ensuring customer feedback and development ideas are channelled back to the Sales Manager
  • Working with the Sales Manager and fellow Team Leader to develop and deliver training and development plans for ALL Sales people

The right person for the job MUST:

  • Be positive, energetic and passionate about the role and what we do
  • Be assertive and a clear communicator, both verbally and in written formats
  • Have at least one year of experience in a similar position and have a track record of managing a team to exceed their targets
  • Have experience of training, coaching and inspiring sales people to improve their selling skills
  • Be proactive, pre-emptive and follow through on commitments
  • Be analytical, logical and have a strong eye for detail in order to competently report your team’s KPIs to the Sales Manager
  • Have strong IT skills with a natural curiosity to learn more and be particularly proficient in MS Excel, Word and Power Point.

Will also potentially have:

  • Experience in software sales and/or renewal sales
