Channel Administrator | Titania

Part Time (22.5 Hours)
£22,000 - £25,000 per annum basic (£13,200 - £15,000 pro rata)
Worcester – WR1

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Titania for a part-time Channel Administrator to join our sales team. The primary focus of this role is to manage and increase orders that are brought in from our reselling partners, through building relationships, offering support and managing reseller accounts. The role will also involve researching, interviewing and signing up new resellers who will generate new business for the company.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, professional and motivated person with good interpersonal skills, to support this department within the sales team, which will be a driving force for growth.     

Core Role

  • Build relationships with all current partners and develop a better understanding of their business.
  • Hit and exceed company KPI’s as set by the Sales Manager.
  • Research and contact potential new partners to expand Titania’s offerings.
  • Manage and build partner portfolios, ensuring they adhere to the agreed SLA.
  • Train, coach and update partners on a regular basis with product updates and releases.
  • Increase new business coming through partners.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience with building relationships by phone and email.
  • Experience in a sales environment
  • Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and hit targets.
  • Ability to communicate confidently at all levels of an organisation.
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to create and manage efficient processes.
  • Good grasp of using MS Word, Excel and using a CRM system (training provided)

Hours of Work:

The core purpose of this role is to build relationships with international partners, which are based predominantly in the USA. To account for the time-difference and guarantee success in this role, the following shift pattern is required:

Monday to Friday 12:00 – 16:30

A late shift working from 15:30 – 19:00 may be required as and when necessary (only on Mondays or Wednesdays).
