The Role:
The successful candidate will contribute to the strategic selection of technologies and approaches to assure business goals.

Once effective in their role, they will ensure internal policies, standards and procedures are fit for purpose and adhered to and supported with appropriate technical controls.

The role also includes:
• Delivering internal projects such as system introduction, improvements, and retirement.
• Maintaining broad and up-to-date knowledge of technologies appropriate to our setting.
• Providing fault and service request support to internal users.
• Encouraging a culture of maintaining the importance of cyber security through maintaining an up-to-date environment, including change management and reporting of risks.
• Taking responsibility of the creation and of concise, accurate and updated documentation and records relating to all systems.

Interested? We need you to have the following skills and attributes:
• Microsoft Azure PaaS Offerings (AAD, Intune)
• Experience of OAuth or SAML, ideally using Okta.
• Good experience of Systems Design & Integration
• Scripting languages such as PowerShell
• Self-driven to maintain contemporary knowledge of technologies
• Embrace change
• Demonstrate ownership and initiative
• Flexible approach to our broad portfolio
• Strong problem management skills

It would be great if you had any of these too:
• CCNA
• Computer Science Degree (2.1+), or relevant industry experience.
• SIEM (eg MS Sentinel)
