With an exciting and impactful company vision, we are looking to enhance and expand our small digital marketing team with a high performing Digital Marketing Executive to contribute to the digital strategy and help Titania achieve its growth objectives.

Who are we?

Titania Nipper continues to be trusted to secure core network configuration management for military, civilian and commercial Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) clients.

By identifying and prioritising 22 critical core network risks (from a suite of 300 automated configuration management tests), Titania’s security risk management framework helps CNI clients secure their networks and evidence assurance against trusted and mandated control and risk management frameworks, such as NIST 800-53 for US federal agencies and CMMC/800-171 for the federal supply chain and PCI DSS for commercial verticals including e-Commerce/Retail, Financial Services, Telecoms and Utilities.

To meet the market need for continuous monitoring at scale, Titania has developed Nipper Enterprise, which offers the same accurate, risk and remediation-focused configuration assessment for every device, every day.


The Role:

You’ll be working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver an innovative digital marketing strategy that uses your skills to produce effective adverts (PPC / paid social), analyse website performance and metrics, implement optimisation to drive MQLs and improve user journey.

Integral to the role is improving the user experience for both customers and prospects. You’ll use insight to understand the target audience, creative thinking and knowhow to optimise the website for users as well as search engines, whilst implementing digital campaigns. You will be supporting the wider marketing team building webpages, uploading articles and promoting events.

It will be your responsibility to stay up to date with digital marketing trends including Google Algorithm changes and make recommendations based on your research.


The right person for the job MUST have:

• Experience working in a B2B environment

• Search engine optimisation and PPC experience

• Experience with a marketing automation tool (e.g Hubspot)

• Problem solving skills

• Strong editing and proofreading skills

• Strong eye for design

• Excellent communication skills

• Be a team player

• Be Self-motivated and proactive


Desirable Skills:

• Experience in Cybersecurity

• Industry 3+years experience executing effective digital marketing campaigns

• Hands-on in-house PPC and SEO experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Self-motivated and proactive

• Strong ability to manage own time and prioritise workload
