The role:

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join a world leading cybersecurity organisation. Titania recently received investment to enhance its outbound sales and marketing efforts, and as a result we are expanding our marketing team to enable Titania to achieve its ambitious growth plans by supporting Titania’s digital marketing activities. You’ll be working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver an innovative digital marketing strategy that uses your skills to produce effective adverts (PPC / paid social), analyse website performance and metrics, implement optimisation to drive MQLs and improve user journey. Integral to the role is improving the user experience for both customers and prospects. You’ll use insight to understand the target audience, creative thinking and knowhow to optimise the website for users as well as search engines, whilst implementing digital campaigns. You will be supporting the wider marketing team building webpages, uploading articles and promoting events. It will be your responsibility to stay up to date with digital marketing trends including Google Algorithm changes and make recommendations based on your research.

The person:

We are looking for someone with experience in B2B tech marketing. You will be experienced in using marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot) and be used to building automated campaigns. You will support the wider marketing strategy, manage website change requests from all departments (and agencies), as well as improve the effectiveness of our digital channels. You’ll be passionate about digital marketing, committed to continual improvement, well organised, and have excellent attention to detail. You’ll also need experience working alongside a marketing communications team so that you can collaborate on campaigns and optimise them in our marketing automation system (HubSpot).

In addition, the following skills/qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in the Cybersecurity
  • Industry 3+years experience executing effective digital marketing campaigns
  • Hands-on in-house PPC and SEO experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Strong ability to manage own time and prioritise workload
