With ambitious growth plans to expand its offering and meet market needs, the company is now looking for an additional Business Development Executive to join the sales team.
With uncapped commission and accelerators available, this role provides the opportunity for a “go-getting” and proven sales professional to earn well, springboard their career in the cyber security sector and join at a pivotal and exciting point in the company’s journey.
The Role: The successful candidate will own, drive and deliver their individual incremental revenue target through the growth of existing accounts and business development activities, such as researching companies/contacts, gathering and harnessing key information in the CRM systems and creating a nurture path to target growth accounts.
They will also work closely with the sales team to uphold a collective responsibility to succeed and meet daily, weekly and monthly key performance indicators. They will employ a consultative and value-driven approach to selling and build trusted relationships with customers through sales best practice.
The right person MUST have:
- Proven success in a business development or sales development role
- At least 2 years’ commercial technology sales experience
- Ability to analyse business opportunities and read situations well
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- A high level of resilience, integrity and professionalism
- A good technical aptitude and strong desire to succeed in cyber security
- Good experience of CRM systems
- Ability to gather and analyse data to inform decision making and persuade others
- Resourceful and proactive in their approach to work
